Description
Marketing Coordinator
At Dig Studio, we believe in creating meaningful, human-centered environments, and our marketing team helps tell those stories. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Marketing Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to join our Denver or Phoenix studio. This role focuses on producing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials; managing Dig Studio’s day-to-day social media presence; and keeping our website and marketing content current.
Your Role
Working under the direction of the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, you will help keep day-to-day marketing work moving across our studios. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on production, follows through on assignments, and takes pride in accurate, well-designed work. You will receive guidance on priorities, content, and approach while taking responsibility for assigned tasks, incorporating feedback, and communicating progress and questions early. You will also take ownership of the social media calendar and day-to-day posting, with input and content review from the marketing team.
What You Will Do
- Produce and format proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other marketing materials in Adobe InDesign using established templates and brand standards.
- Gather resumes, project information, images, and consultant materials; track assigned proposal tasks; and help prepare final documents for submission under the marketing team’s direction.
- Proofread and check documents for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and completeness; incorporate edits and prepare files for review and delivery.
- Manage Dig Studio’s social media calendar, coordinating (and often capturing) content across our studios and maintaining a consistent posting schedule with direction from the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager.
- Attend project tours, relevant industry events, and project photoshoots to capture content, document progress, and help ensure visual assets are collected.
- Gather project updates, staff news, and event photos; draft captions; create graphics; and schedule and publish posts following content review.
- Monitor social media comments and messages, flag items needing a response, and track basic engagement metrics to help the marketing team refine content.
- Make routine website updates through our content management system, including project pages, staff bios, news, job postings, and images, using approved content and established page formats.
- Manage multiple assigned tasks and deadlines, communicate status, and flag missing information or competing priorities early.
- Learn Dig Studio’s projects, services, and capabilities to help select relevant content and prepare short project descriptions and other copy for review.
- Maintain staff resumes, project sheets, qualifications materials, and organize image and marketing files so current content is easy to find and reuse.
- Assist with award submissions, events, and speaking opportunities by gathering information, preparing materials, and coordinating assigned details.
- Support day-to-day marketing requests and special projects, coordinating with marketing and design staff across our studios.
- Maintain marketing databases and pursuit records, including project information, contacts, deadlines, and outcomes.
Requirements
Your Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related production role.
- Experience supporting proposals or RFQ/RFP responses in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or professional services is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong working proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including multi-page document layout, typography, styles, and preparing PDFs; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
- Experience creating and publishing content for an organization’s social media accounts, including writing captions, preparing visuals, and maintaining a content calendar.
- Clear writing and communication skills, with strong proofreading abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable follow-through and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks, ask questions, and incorporate feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep files, content, and multiple deadlines organized.
- A collaborative, professional, and flexible approach to working with marketing and design teams across multiple studios.
- Experience making routine website updates through a content management system is preferred; willingness to learn Dig Studio’s platform is required.
- Passion for design and willingness to learn about Landscape Architecture, planning, and the communities and clients Dig Studio serves.
This is an in-person position based in Denver, CO, or Phoenix, AZ. The annual salary range is $60,000–$75,000, commensurate with relevant experience and skills.
