Description

• Support the execution of marketing and business development initiatives for the Life Sciences industry and related practice groups.
• Develop knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare sectors, including client priorities, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in implementing business development plans and tracking progress against goals.
• Coordinate and support RFPs, pitches, and proposals from planning through submission, including contributing to cross-practice preferred provider proposals.
• Evaluate and manage conference and sponsorship opportunities, including logistics and attorney participation.
• Organize firm-hosted events in collaboration with the Events team.
• Utilize CRM and experience databases to identify client targets and relevant firm experience.
• Coordinate practice and industry submissions to directories such as Chambers and The Legal 500.
• Collaborate on integrated branding and profile-raising campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, pitch decks, attorney biographies, experience lists, and website content.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relations, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment.
• Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry preferred.
• Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience supporting proposals and pitch processes; ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and marketing systems such as Foundation, InterAction, or Intapp DealCloud is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
